TRANSACTIONS

Since its founding in 2013, West Passage has been engaged in real estate investment, development, operation and advisory in select markets, including:

  • Development of a 270,000 square foot industrial campus in Cranston, Rhode Island’s Western Cranston Industrial Park.

  • Facilitating the equity capitalization of a $30M 160,000 square foot self-storage facility development in Oakland, CA; an Opportunity Zone transaction.

  • Co-owning and co-operating a $20M real estate assemblage of 11 residential, office-space and commercial properties proximate to the downtown shopping and dining district of historic Greenwich, Connecticut.

  • Advising a Charleston, South Carolina senior living developer through a joint venture with a Seattle-based top-ten operator of senior living projects.

  • Advising on the recapitalization of a 100,000 square foot office building in coastal Stamford, Connecticut, Seaview House.

  • Collaborating with a Boston-based boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company to serve as a buy side advisor for a large United States bank on the acquisition of a $500 million portfolio of performing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans and $100 million of associated swaps. West Passage Capital also advised the bank through five separate transactions across which the bank disposed of 1,279 non-performing and/or re-performing residential whole loans located in various states with aggregate unpaid balances totaling approximately $424 million.
